Sahary Gate Team is known to most of its partners and guests as the “Ambassadors of Culture”,

The farm makes available to guests majlises that accommodate presentations, conferences,
workshops, meetings and other group gatherings; a stable that serves as a viewing and petting
zoo for kids and adults alike; swimming pools perfect for ambiance during gala dinners or better
yet to take a dip in during those sizzling summer days; and last but not the least, an open activity
area for concerts, camping with BBQ,product launches, lunches and dinners, teambuilding activities,
and other social functions.
The main activities in the farm are designed to enhance knowledge and awareness in a more
practical but delightful way, the sampling of authentic local cuisine - the dishes served, the
manner of serving, the offering of the Gahwa (Arabic coffee) and dates may all seem so

CULTURAL AWARENESS AT SAHARY FARM
Sit down and relax within an Arabic majlis, and take
a step back in time to witness the traditions of the
people who call this land home. Get a glimpse of
another way of living – a different dimension of a local’s life behind the skyscrapers and his hectic city life.
This is the perfect surrounding to talk about the traditions, culture and the by-gone days of the Emirates.
A presentation about the history of the UAE, the culture, the traditions and the daily life will give visitors an insight into the local way of living. Through this program, guests can marvel on the remarkable changes within the United Arab Emirates over a very short period of time.
Clients can participate in a dynamic discussion with the Sahary Farm host who encourages everyone to ask questions – about the locals, the nation’s heritage, Islam, and other intriguing topics.
The presentation will allow attendees to discover the manner of drinking Gahwa (Arabic coffee) as dictated by tradition, the proper manner of putting on traditional clothes as well as learn of the interesting beliefs behind the burning of Bakhour (Arabic incense), the passing around of oriental perfumes.
