Sahary Gate Team is a multinational multi skilled
team. Each team member brings a wealth of
experience and knowledge in different areas to
add to our communal pool of expertise.
As
a unit we have organised ourselves into a unique
structure that thrives on our shared passion in
people, culture
and building creative ideas that we can then share
with you, our friends and new clients.
We
have developed a unique formula in combining interest
and respect for culture and traditions and
developing ideas into concepts that appeal to
everyone at any level. For example; in developing
our
unique incentive programs we work very closely
with local people to ensure that the authenticity
of
our clients' experience is actual and not fake
or staged. By understanding the local people (our friends) and their traditions, mutual respect can be attained. We have also taken
time out
to listen to our clients to assess their needs
and wants. Some of our motivational tourism programs may
appear to be a little wild or crazy, but we have
asked the questions and the responses has been overwhelming.
It seems that more people want to build their
holidays into lifetime experiences nowa
days with an emphasis on fulfilling curiosity
and fun.
Firstly
it is because all of us in the Sahary Gate team
enjoy what we do. We also take pride in being able
to see the smiles and appreciation our work gives
to so many of our clients. We are also dedicated to
trailblazing new ideas and concepts for our clients.
We personally share so many experiences with our clients
that we make many friends, and that is extremely
fulfilling. While taking time out to
listen to the real needs and wants of our clients,
we are constantly developing our unique programs.
We
can provide something very unique to the growing
incentive market, Incentive programs with an ethnic
Arabian flavour,
which you will immediately notice as being not
only very different, but also very interesting
and imaginative.
We
have devised more than 30 very special programs
with our clients in mind working closely with
our special local
friends and contacts. Our theme is almost always
cultural, but we do ECO and Expeditions which
truly concentrate
on fun with the word spelt in capitals FUN!
We have taken new concepts and refined them even
further into different directions and thereby
developing a concept now known as motivational
tourism.
These
programs are made for everyone, either in the corporate
world or as individuals who desire something more
from their holiday in the way of action and excitement.
They certainly beat sitting on the beach, even
though you will almost certainly still have to
rely on your swimsuits & sun-block.
Sahary
Gate is a very unique venue and offers organisers
an authentic Arabian feel to the event seminar
or meeting they may be planning. We have two unique
rooms, a large courtyard,
and
a roof terrace, all set in a beautiful tranquil
backdrop of the old & original area of Bastakiya
in Bur Dubai.
We
offer a full catering service as well as a coffee
shop to provide light refreshments and snacks
for any event.
We
can organise lavish Arabian style dinners with
all kinds of attractions from exquisite menus
highlighting local
food specialties to suitable accompanying themed
entertainment and hospitality with
traditional music & dancing and so forth.
Our Arabian themed western seating style
conference
room is
ideal for meetings of up to 24 people and is fully
equipped with the most modern multimedia equipment, indeed
as is our traditional Arabic Majlis which can
take 36 owing to its comfortable floor level traditional seating arrangement. Our roof top
terrace is a haven of serenity and can easily
take 50 people for
an evening reception, perhaps with a special homely
Arabian feel. Our courtyard can accommodate a
similar number in an Arabian Art Café atmosphere.
We
work side-by-side with you to meet your needs
in leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making,
teamwork and more. Whether gained from an exiting
trip at sea, or an adventure trip in
the mountains, your insights will transfer directly
to your work environment.

adventure tourism with specialised programs directly focused at clients from corporations focusing
as team building modules.
We
also cater to incentive groups in new motivational
tourism challenges. Our adventures carry you
across
the waters of the region following ancient maritime
trading routes with an emphasis on competition,adventure
and the ecology of the local marine environment,
or into remote mountain areas following trails once
used by smugglers, pirates, merchants and to this
very day by Bedouin sheep and goat farmers using traditional Bedouin dwellings for our campouts.
Then we return to the seas of the land, the
desert where we also use unique heritage facilities
to add a new dimension to our programs.
We
also offer an enhanced team building program which
will show all
participants an insight into their own character
and their abilities to work with
one another as a cohesive and effective team.
This
program complements our reflective coaching programs
by offering our
closest clients the finest facilities possible
towards their own advancement.
We
use highly advanced and revolutionary techniques

as far as possible
replacing it with enjoyable action based programs

in the mountains.
Sahary
Gate has created training workshops on the cross-cultural
communication skills necessary to
live and work in the UAE. In Dubai alone, more
than 150 nationalities live side by side and most UAE
companies have international staff in their different
departments. Expatriates
who come to live and
work in
the UAE discover an entirely new culture, and
adjusting to their new lifestyle and working environment
may
be extremely challenging.
