Let Sahary Gate take you to a Sheikh’s Palace!

Sahary Gate launches a unique program, the visits at His Highness Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin

Ali bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi’s Palace.

Be personally received by His Highness Sheikh Abdul Aziz along with his family at their

Ajman Palace in the traditional style of this country, and enjoy the exclusivity of discussing

one on one with a distinguished well educated and traveled Sheikh any issues pertaining to

the U.A.E. Be it politics, traditions, economy, family, environment and more.

the walls and some anecdotes about the local community. After what, dinner will be served;

an opportunity to savor traditional dishes of this region and experience the legendary Arabic

hospitality, and as usually around a meal, hosts and guests will socialize further.

better understanding of their beautiful culture.

committed to meet the essential needs of all children without sponsors and women without

spouses within the U.A.E. As of now, some 1,300 households of single parents covering

over 6,000 children are registered of all races and nationalities living in the U.A.E.

One of the latest establishments they launched is “Al-Ihsan Medical Complex”, where the

poor charity members are treated for a symbolic fee and issue them free medicines, and

50% discount on tests. The complex also caters to the medical needs of the general public

and referrals which includes medicines free of charge. The complex consists of several

clinics, a clinical laboratory, a diagnostic center, a physiotherapy and a rehabilitation

center, and a pharmacy.

In 1998 the Center was formally founded in Ajman by a proclamation from His Highness

Iftar with Local Family

Our guests arrive in the house of our local family friends shortly before the call to the

prayer (maghreb). They will be received inside the house in the traditional way and then

be given a short introduction about the family and the concept of the visit. They will then

be invited to join in the breaking of the fast in the traditional way with dates; followed by

the ritual prayers, which they can also watch.

Then they will share the breakfast meal together with the host family. Each step of the

evening will be explained by our guide. During the meal, our guide will give some explanation

about the month of Ramadan, and guests will be able to interact with UAE national guests

freely. The background behind this visit is to give non-Muslims a chance to understand more

about Ramadan with the opportunity to experience something different to the general perception

of the normal impressions gained about not eating or drinking in the public during the month of

fasting. This program will allow guests to witness the joy and finer side of life in tha way that
