Culture is a system of ideas, values and beliefs that are shared and accepted by the people in a society, and constitute the foundation of an individual's identity. It is often defined as the way a group of people behave, interact with, and understand others. Most cultures are based on differing morals and beliefs, all of which affect their sense of justice and normality.

Most visitors to the Emirates find the culture of the region intriguing. At times, the dress code, lifestyle and traditions of the UAE nationals may be misunderstood by people from a different culture. Sahary Gate offers different programmes giving people of different walks of life the opportunity to ask any questions that they may have about the culture and religion of this region. These programmes are specially designed to help visitors to enjoy their stay to the maximum by discovering fascinating aspects of a culture often unknown to them.
Sahary Gate has created training workshops on the cross-cultural communication skills necessary to live and work in the UAE. In Dubai alone, more than 150 nationalities live side by side and most UAE companies have international staff in their different departments. Expatriates who come to live and work in the UAE discover an entirely new culture, and adjusting to their new lifestyle and working environment may be extremely challenging.
Dubai is a cosmopolitan city, and UAE nationals (as well as Asians, Middle-Eastern and Iranians) are required to deal with people from differing cultures on a daily basis. The rules of conducting business in Western countries diverge greatly from the system of the Arabic world. In response to these needs, Sahary Gate has designed workshops facilitating greater awareness of overseas business cultures and developing staff cross-cultural communication skills among non-Westerners.

Where better to read a book than in a tranquil setting over a cup or two of freshly brewed coffee. Indeed where else could you find such facilities that you could even read to an audience. “If poetry is the music of life play on…..”
Enjoy musical evenings with a cool relaxing ambience from traditional classical music forms to perhaps more upbeat jazz.
